The exhibition questions the ambiguous relationship between art and design

and whether a one-off object produced by a designer is still a 'design' object. And when a designed object is placed in a white cube does it become an object of 'art'?

 

With this in mind, the curator Ms. Nilgün Yüksel invited me to showcase a piece from my Remains collection.

Ambiguous Area wants viewers to raise questions about the boundaries between these two areas that seem to melt into one another. 

 

This exhibition brought together pieces by more than 35 artists that work with diverse materials, production methods and disciplines.
